At Sidewalk Technologies, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, our process is simple and transparent.
  • 30-Day Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Item Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Restocking Fees:
    • Unopened Products: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
    • Opened Products: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and restocking costs.
  • How to Return:
    1. Contact our support team at support@sidewalktech.com with your order number to request a return.
    2. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
    3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund (minus the applicable restocking fee) within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-configured products are not eligible for return.
