This conference room, known as the Fishbowl, was full of outdated and unreliable AV equipment that frustrated users and made meetings a last-resort option. Guests had to wrestle with multiple remotes, broken cameras, and tangled cables just to get connected. Sidewalk Technologies transformed the space with dual 75″ displays, a wide-angle camera, and a beam-forming ceiling microphone for crystal-clear video and audio. We added whiteboard capture, a front soundbar, and a companion Zoom Room touchscreen for collaboration. Now, users simply press one button to launch Zoom, Teams, or other platforms in seconds—making the Fishbowl a go-to meeting space instead of a backup.
